- At the site visit, Housizz reviews home size and discusses which rooms require painting
- You review the work authorization and agree to move forward
- Housizz will send you a deposit invoice. Upon deposit payment, your service dates are booked into our system.
- Your home is painted and cleaned by professionals over a weekend: minimal disruption, and your home feels fresh and clean.

Pricing
- $1249.00, plus HST
- Additional costs will apply to homes over 1500 square feet.
- If the room walls are very damaged, or uneven, additional costs may apply to repair.
- A Housizz advisor will review all costs with you and if required, prepare a new bundled pricing.
Timeline
- A site visit will be scheduled immediately after you select Book Now on a date and time that suits you.
- Following a site visit, the work can start on the dates that best suit you: typically, dates can be booked within 2–3 weeks after site visit.
- The entire project will be completed within 2 days for painting 3 rooms and home cleaning.
- *Additional days may be required if more rooms are added to painting scope, or if there is a needed repair.
