How It Works

  • You select Book Now
  • A Housizz Advisor contacts you to schedule a site visit
  • At the site visit, Housizz provides you with a complete maintenance plan, confirms the furnace filter type and smoke alarm models, schedules your maintenance visits: 4 visits for furnace filter replacement and smoke alarm check and battery replacement, 2 visits for window cleaning
  • You review the work authorization and agree to move forward
  • Housizz will send you an invoice. Upon payment, your service dates are booked into our system and Housizz will send you the Home Maintenance Guide.
  • Your home is professionally maintained by professionals

What’s Included

  • Furnace filters: replaced every quarter
  • Smoke alarm check & batteries -batteries replaced every quarter
  • Window cleaning exterior and interior: 2 Times per year
  • General observations of items that may require repair

Pricing

$999.00, plus HST

You may add additional maintenance items to this package. A Housizz advisor will walk through the costing of additional maintenance items, if required.

Timeline

A site visit will be scheduled immediately after you select Book Now on a date and time that suits you. Following a site visit, the maintenance schedule will be established with you: on the dates that best suit you.
