  • You review the work authorization and agree to move forward
  • Housizz will send you an invoice. Upon payment, your service dates are booked into our system.
  • Your deck is painted/stained and your landscaping is perfectly: all delivered by professionals.

Pricing

$899.00, plus HST

Additional costs will apply to decks over 250 square feet and to additional trees, bushes, and flower beds. The Housizz advisor will review additional costs with you (if required) and prepare a new bundled price.

Timeline

A site visit will be scheduled immediately after you select Book Now on a date and time that suits you. Following a site visit, the work can start on the dates that best suit yo: typically, dates can be booked within 2–3 weeks after site visit.
