  • You review the final work authorization and agree to move forward.
  • The Housizz professional completes all tasks outlined in the work authorization.
  • You sign off on completion. Housizz will then send you an invoice.

Pricing

  • 5 Hours: $499.00, plus HST.
  • 10 Hours: $899.00, plus HST.
  • The Housizz professional will calculate the total time required to complete the repair items on your list.

Timeline

A repair visit will be scheduled immediately after you select, Book Now on a date and time that suits you. Typically, dates can be booked within 1–3 weeks after you book.
